Χρηματοοικονομικά εργαλεία για τη βελτίωση της πρόσβασης των Ελληνικών Μικρομεσαίων Επιχειρήσεων σε πηγές χρηματοδότησης: Η περίπτωση του Ταμείου Επιχειρηματικότητας

Abstract

The access of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) to monied capital is beyond any doubt a significant problem of the Greek economy as well, especially in conditions of capitalist crisis. For addressing this problem and the contradictions of the loanable capital market, various funds and financial instruments have been established, among which lies the Entrepreneurship Fund (EF). This essay follows the Marxist model in order to approach the theoretical difficulties in analyzing the loanable capital market, the intervention of the state and finally the evaluation of EF. It is shown that such an intervention has fundamental weaknesses, while policy recommendations are suggested such that could contribute to the reform of the production basis of the country, incorporating in the latter the SMEs focusing on the service of the social needs.
