Αξιοποίηση των εργαλείων ΤΠΕ κατά την περίοδο του covid 19 στη διοίκηση

Abstract

This paper examines the level of ICT integration and utilization by Public Administration, focusing on the Covid-19 pandemic period. The relevant strategies, policies and initiatives at national and supranational level are examined in combination with the ways of application of ICT and good practices of ICT utilization by Public Administration are highlighted. Afterwards, there is a presentation of the results of the research, carried out in the context of the investigation of the utilization of these tools by Public Administration for the management of the crisis during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic and the new conditions that it has formed in all aspects of daily life. The results that emerged constitute feedback on the progress that has been made on the way to the digital transformation of the country and present the possibilities that exist for further utilization of ICT by Public Administration in the future, both in times of crisis and during its normal operation.
