Η αξιολόγηση των δημόσιων πολιτικών στο ελληνικό πολιτικό σύστημα: Ο ρόλος του διεθνούς παράγοντα
Επιτομή
Public policy monitoring and evaluation is a key factor of the modern governance. While
in the European Union the evaluation has been equally included in the policy cycle, in
Greece the respective procedures have been characteristically delayed. This dissertation
examines the legislative production of the Greek state and analyzes the recent law 4622/19,
focusing on the evaluation of the Public Policies. Subsequently takes place the evaluation
of the effectiveness of the produced legislation and the detection of the influence of the
international factor and especially of the "Europeanization" in the specific sector.
Afterwards, we analyze the way in which the economic adjustment programs influenced
the structures in charge of evaluating Public Policies in Greece. Through the work, the
reader is expected to understand the course of the Greek political system in the field of
monitoring and evaluation of Public Policies. Moreover, to realize how this course relates
to the European dimension and what are the critical challenges of our time on this field.
