Ηλεκτρονικές Δημόσιες Συμβάσεις (E-Procurement) υπό το πλαίσιο του Ψηφιακού Μετασχηματισμού στην Ελλάδα
Επιτομή
This paper is about the monitoring of developments regarding the transition to Electronic
Public Procurement (e-Procurement) in the Greek administrative reality. The latter emerges
as a necessity and simultaneously a "bet" of the Greek public administration in the context
of its effort to digitally transform and, as a consequence, simplify its procedures, a need that
was intensified in the midst of the current pandemic. The purpose of this study is to
highlight the initiatives taken to strengthen e-procurement at EU and national level, to
evaluate them in the context of the Greek administrative reality and to present proposals for
addressing the emerging issues. In order to complete this work, a review of Greek and
foreign language bibliography, articles and relevant studies were carried out, as well as an
analysis of the institutional framework in question, accompanied by an internet research.
