Abstract

In this work the possibility of modernizing the National Printing House of Greece is examined. The problem is studied under all major aspects (institutional / organizational, quality services, utilizing ICT, personnel management and equipment / infrastructure) both through formal legislative texts and official documents, and by contacting the staff, either directly interpersonally or through specially designed questionnaire. The available information is presented through detailed charts and tables. The final proposals reached after critical review and processing of all the information, taking into account the current financial situation, emphasizing the exploitation of technical means and intangible factors of production.
