The purpose of this paper was to focus on the role of Inclusive Leadership. Facing new challenges in the workplace (due to telework and pandemic) the inclusive Leadership is called to motivate employees of public sector to perform better and be happier. A questionnaire was conducted for the research needs and the results showed that Inclusive leadership is directly related work engagement and Happiness at work.
